COVID-19 and Anthem Pain Management

At Anthem Pain Management, the health and safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority. With the growing concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking additional steps in our office to provide a safe and comfortable office visit. Based on current guidance, we currently remain open for business. We are increasing and elevating our cleaning practices by following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)'s recommendations for cleaning and disinfection for COVID-19 found https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/guidance-business-response.html.

What We Are Doing To Help

Our staff have been educated our patients and staff on the importance of proper hand washing, to ensure all parts of the hands are washed thoroughly for 1-2 minutes and ensuring those who are not feeling well stay home. This situation continues to evolve, and we assure you that our staff are monitoring every update very closely. We  will continue to refer to the CDC, the World Health Organization, and other Federal, State and local public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for the protection of everyone who enters our office.

We are taking several steps to ensure the safety of our environment as we continue to deliver the best possible experience to our patients while providing a safe work environment for our staff.

Specifically:

• We ask that if you or anyone in your household is sick that you please stay home. If you have an appointment please give us a call so we can try to make an accommodation.

• We have stocked our office with additional cleaning and sanitizing supplies, such as hand sanitizer and hospital grade disinfectant wipes and sprays.

• We will be Cleaning all surfaces of the practice multiple times throughout the day as well as any high-touch surfaces which are cleaning after each patient.

• We have removed all magazines and reading materials from the receptionist area and all exam rooms.

• We are discontinuing our water service and paper cups to clients to prevent any possible cross contamination.

• Our staff and patients will work together by following the CDC’s and the WHO Guidelines as well as being socially responsible we will all get through this difficult time.
